All our workshops and talks are co-delivered by facilitators with experience of forced migration. We are uniquely placed to deliver creative, drama based workshops where refugee and asylum seeker’s voices are firmly at the centre. Combining our actors' personal experiences with our professional background working with refugee young people, our workshops are educational, inspirational and consciousness-raising.

We deliver 3 types of creative workshops, as well as talks:

REFUGEE YOUTH GROUPS / ESOL CLASSES

Introducing basic drama skills, encouraging team work and exploring feelings of power and identity, whilst having lots of fun. 

Aimed at youth groups, supported housing projects, Social Services groups, ESOL classes and supplementary schools.

SCHOOLS

Bringing the experiences of unaccompanied minors to life. Discussing human rights and encouraging empathy. 

Aimed at children and young people who have welcomed new arrivals into their school community, or alternatively have little awareness of forced migration.

WORKSHOPS FOR PROFESSIONALS

Alternative perspectives on the needs and experiences of young people who came to the UK as unaccompanied minors. 

Aimed at teachers, social workers, students, therapists, volunteers, journalists and other professionals working with unaccompanied minor and refugee communities.
