We are recruiting a Young People Manager. For full details of the role please see the job pack. The deadline is Friday 7th August 5pm.

Purpose of job:
To deliver and develop aspects of Phosphoros Theatre’s Community Engagement programme for refugee young people aged 16-25. Specifically:

- To lead on the strategy, design and delivery of Phosphoros Young Company, our flagship community engagement drama project
- To support on the strategy, design and delivery of Phosphoros Rainbow Haven, our project for queer refugees
- To support on the strategy, design and delivery of Phosphoros Sisters
- To strengthen Phosphoros Theatre’s network with refugee youth communities

This role is 3 days per week
£28,000-£30,000 pro-rata dependant on experience  
One year fixed term
